In the afternoon, let's catch a man up coconut tree, while taking honey comes out from its flower, this is first step of palm sugar making.

Stirring the honey on hot pan up till solid before put them on to coconut shells and get cold.

Borobudur surrounding is invented  with lovely nature, Java rural, Rocky hill and challenge road are very possible to explore on bike.

White river rafting nearby is another option to take the day during your stay in Borobudur., safety for anyone even no swim skill, equipped with standard rafting equipment and led by a licensed rafting guide.

Touring with elephant during your visit in Borobudur temple or hire the elephant to the village nearby, must be amazing and become the nicest experience to your family.

Ijen Crater

On the way up, we are surrounded by cloud, so much fresh air and mountain wind-voice is heard all the time.

It will be nice walking to get the crater on foot, while witnessing How hard the job the do,after half of distance covered, mountains lower that ijen can be seen, Trees keep moving and wild rooster sometimes is acclaimed to have seen.

Ijen is the biggest crater lake sulfur in java, with rocky mountain and nice stone range, Ijen means"Single"spoken by local.

Go for walk, takes about one hour and half for one way, through the ground-road, carrying two baskets sulfur on their shoulder, each basket is 30-40 kilogram and the height of the mountain is 2.300 meters, that's all only from the crater to the sulfur station before load on truck then send to the city.

for those who work by the crater,as sulfur miners is more dangerous,gas explosion threaten them anytime,a research said beneath the crater is an active natural fire on,believable  that's a totally risky for them.

Lake sulfur by the mining, in the perfect weather it can be explored.

Bromo Caldera

Sun-rise at Pananjakan is one of the beauty that offered to us  by visiting Bromo, the view point is 2.700 meters, incredible scenery.

Bromo is a caldera that was created by natural eruption
hundred years ago, Made whole area is covered by sand, Bromo itself is inhabited by Tengger ethnic(Hindhu  Tengger)name of  Bromo derived from Javanese pronunciation of Brahma, The Hindu creator God.

Bromo crater can be seen clearly after taking 350 steps, from the top we'll see endless smoke up, It's a sacred crater that's used by local people for yearly ceremony"Kasada"as people throw offerings into it then other people go down to collect  them back for a good luck.

Make a Bromo  tour with a Jeep is easier to see many different things, it's sandy road, Drive bit far from the caldera, We'll  see two different lake "Ranu-pane and Ranu-kumblo"imagine How beautiful they are?totally sandy area,Seem like a desert, Two naturall lake was invented, Set-up a tent nearby or just enjoy the scenery by the lake will be perfect tour, them called twin lake from mt. Semeru.

Solo City Tour

Surakarta, more often called  Solo  is  the soul of  Java,  rich of culture and building  architecture, We call you never been to Solo, if missing Kasunanan Palace and Mangkunegaran, They're icon of solo and become authentic identity of Surakarta, Kasunan palace was built in 1745 by  Sultan Pakubuwono 1

Mangkunegaran palace is residence for the Royal family.

Step out of the palace, We'll find Batik complex "Laweyan" Ba means wax and Tik means spot, so Batik completely spotting cloth with wax.

2 hours  from the city, the youngest Hindu temple challenge us to explore, Ceto temple, located on western slope of mount lawu, built  in 15 century before Java was converted to Islam and Hindu java move to Bali.
Sukuh Temple, these magnificent java temple, a combined Java  and Indian temple styles.

Rich of Relief Expression, the pattern is more typical of Javanese life during Hindu emperor still ruler Java.

After  Ceto and Sukuh temple, Tawangmangu is a lovely waterfalls to visit  the last, at an elevation of 1300 m above sea level, this place offers fresh weather, scenic views, which is good to  escape from the crowd.

Dieng Plateau

"Dieng" approximately 2000 meters, consist of valley and range mountain, "Dieng" originally word "In" mean a place and "Hyang" mean God(old Javanese) a place as abode of God,  Dieng offers us so much beauty nature, Sunrise on top mt.Sikunir, five mountains in one portrait.

Tlaga warnait's a changeable color lake, spring sulfur beneath the water, climbing uphill for 20 minutes, to find
the best spot for brilliant picture the entire lake.

Several craters can be found here, most incredible“Sikidang" it's endless bubbling water, the heat nearly 500 degrees, natural magma underneath breaks out layer upper, its natural act.

The oldest Hindu temple in Java, were built around 7 century,  Arjuna, Bima and wisnu temple, their name adopted from Hindi  famous legend, Mahabarata scene.

On the way home“Tambi”tea plantation is optional, area of 829 hectares, walk around, meeting local farmer, will get you  a trust that Java was created while God smiles.

Merapi Volcano

About 1200 meters, a resort “Ketep pass “located between two mountain Merapi and Merbabu. Best spot to view the volcano and three other mountain.

Last eruption of Merapi took place in 2010, today still remain volcanic material on the slope, easily slides-down by the rain, causing  a huge flood sending rock and thousand cubic sand to the rural,  although a monitoring tower "Babadan" keep recording its activity but flood comes unexpectedly.

Lost temple can be new discovery, Buddhist-sites lined on rice field  near the  village “ Pendem, Lumbung  and Aso temple "unfortunately they’re difficult to restore.

Lumbung temple, Lumbung means rice storage, Indonesian's got rice culture, better have rice at home than money no rice.


Aso temple will be the last Buddhist site to discover on the slope of Merapi

After Ketep and the lost temple, we’ll meet a waterfalls”Kedung Kayang”such beautiful place with a peaceful environment.
